Two days, in person · Ten seats

You are a $1,000-an-hour leader.
Stop doing $20-an-hour work.

Everyone wants a piece of your attention. The inbox, the phone, the team, the clients — all day, every day.

So the day goes to whoever shouts loudest, and the work only you can do — the $1,000-an-hour work — never gets a clear run. You do not have a time problem. You have a focus problem nobody has solved for you.

Two days from now, something else absorbs all of it — and tells you the one thing worth your attention right now.

7:10am, before you open the laptop. Four things ranked, and the hard one already written.

The offer

Two days. You walk out with it running.

Your own AI executive agent — live, connected to your business, and messaging you the next morning. Think of it as hiring your first AI employee, except this one works at executive level.

Not a course. Not a demo account. Andrew in the room, an AI engineer beside you one to one, and your AI executive agent built before you arrive.

Standard rate$4,500 + GST
Founding cohort · October only$2,950 + GST

The founding rate is a straight exchange: you agree to a case study, honest feedback, and letting us capture content in the room. That is the whole deal.

Before you pay anything: a 30-minute call. If we cannot see where this pays for itself in your business, we will tell you — and you will not book.

And by lunch on Day 1 you will have seen your system live. If you do not believe it will pay for itself, say so and we will refund you in full.

Our calendar is fully committed through September.
Adelaide and Brisbane are the first rooms available.

You may run a serious business on serious systems. Nobody has shown you what this could do for you.

Sounds like you

You are not behind. You might run a full finance system, a CRM and six other platforms that all do their job. You have watched people get excited about AI and quietly wondered what any of it has to do with a business like yours.

Nobody has ever shown you the version that is about you.

What it is costing

Your systems hold the information. You hold the judgement. So every decision still routes through you, and the day goes to whoever asked most recently rather than whatever matters most.

The cost is not a subscription. It is your attention, spent in the wrong places.

What we do in two days
  • Connect it to what you already run, with your engineer doing the work
  • Show you exactly what it does with your own data, not a demo account
  • Tune it so the morning message reflects what you actually care about
  • You leave with it live — nothing new to learn, it comes to your phone
By the end of Day 2

A message lands on your phone each morning that sounds like it was written by someone who has worked beside you for years — because now, something has. You did not learn a tool. You gained a second brain that already knows your business.

It is all separated. Nothing talks to anything else.

Sounds like you

You have had a proper go. It was impressive for a fortnight. Then you noticed you were pasting the same background in every time, and slowly stopped bothering.

It never stuck, and you assumed that was somehow your fault.

What it is costing

Every tool sits in its own box. The chat does not know your inbox. Your inbox does not know your CRM. None of them know what you agreed in March.

So you get generic answers to specific questions, and you are still the one holding the context in your head.

What we do in two days
  • Build the memory layer that sits underneath all of it
  • Connect your email, calendar, files, notes and meetings into one picture
  • Set it running unprompted, instead of waiting to be asked
  • Every answer comes back with its source, so you can check it
By the end of Day 2

The pasting is over. It knows your business, your history and your commitments — and this time it sticks, because it is connected to your world instead of waiting in a chat box.

You use it constantly — and you are still the one starting everything.

Sounds like you

It is genuinely in your day. You open the chat, paste the context, ask the question, copy the answer somewhere else. You are good at it.

You are also the hub. Nothing useful happens unless you begin it.

What it is costing

You have become the integration layer between twelve subscriptions. That work is invisible, constant, and worth nothing to the business.

And there is the quieter one: you have told people you are ahead on AI, and some days you are not certain that is true.

What we do in two days
  • Flip it around — it initiates, you review
  • Give it the history so you stop pasting context ever again
  • Keep every tool you pay for; this runs underneath them
  • Set the ranking rules so the day is ordered by impact, not by noise
By the end of Day 2

You are no longer the hub. It comes to you first — ranked, drafted, ready — and the hours you spend driving AI turn into hours spent deciding.

Things run. But nothing shares what it knows.

Sounds like you

You have automations doing real work, and you built most of them. They fire on triggers, they save time, and you are quietly proud of them.

They are also completely blind to each other.

What it is costing

No shared memory, no common view of the business, nothing aligning any of it to the same goals. When one breaks it fails silently, and you find out from a client.

That memory gap is the ceiling you keep hitting.

What we do in two days
  • Build the shared memory layer your automations can draw on
  • Rank work against your objectives, not just fire on a trigger
  • Hard spend caps you set, and an audit log of every action
  • Monitoring, so silent failure stops being a thing that happens
By the end of Day 2

Your automations share one memory and answer to one set of goals. The ceiling you kept hitting is gone, and silent failure is no longer a thing that happens to you.

You are already building. You want the layer above what you have.

Sounds like you

You could build this. You have probably started. You got something working quickly and then hit the parts nobody writes blog posts about.

You do not need help starting. You need the decisions.

What it is costing

Three months, mostly spent on memory design, model routing, credential handling and failure modes — finding what someone else already found.

And security you cannot audit alone, which is the part you would rather have someone accountable for.

What we do in two days
  • Deploy the full stack into your own cloud, yours to fork or pull apart
  • Hand over the decision log — what we chose, rejected, and why
  • Credentials brokered, never held by the agent, with the tests to prove it
  • An engineer beside you for two days to argue the architecture with
By the end of Day 2

The stack is in your cloud, the decision log is in your hands, and the three months you were about to spend on memory design and credential handling just became two days.

What we build for you

An AI executive agent. Always on. Connected to everything.

The thing that changes everything
Whatever you are doing right now is the highest-value thing you could be doing for your business.
Not a to-do list. A ranked judgement made against your goals, your deadlines and your milestones, updated all day as things change. If your hour is worth $1,000, this is what stops you spending it on $20 work.
Your unlock — AI Curious

It absorbs the noise. Your first week: mornings without the inbox deciding your day.

It absorbs the noise
Email, chat, WhatsApp, the task board, the CRM — everything fighting for your attention lands with it first. Only what genuinely needs you gets through.
It drafts before you ask
The reply is already waiting, written from that person’s whole history across your inbox, CRM, tasks and messages. You read it and send it.
It takes work as far as it can
Every task pushed to the last point before it truly needs your judgement. You shift from doing the work to releasing it.
It delegates for you
Where the right person is not you, it hands the task over with the context attached, and follows it up. You stop being the bottleneck.
It runs your meeting admin
A business intelligence brief before you walk in — who they are, the history, what a win looks like. Afterwards it finds the commitments, schedules them and delegates them. Nothing left to write up.
It gives you a rhythm and holds you to it
A daily and weekly cadence built on a proven operating model — and it keeps you in it, instead of watching you drift by week three.
The workshop
Two days. You leave with it running.

  • Your own AI engineer, one to one
  • Your AI executive agent built and waiting before you arrive
  • Day 1 connect it. Day 2 make it yours.

ONE PLACE
In your name · in your country · one door, guarded
Needs your OK
Send, book, pay. It prepares, you approve. That is how it is built.
Private types walled off
Health, legal and money kept separate, with their own rules.
Spend cap
You set the ceiling. It stops there. No surprise invoice.
Your data trains nothing
You choose which models see what. Enforced in the build, not a policy page.
Written down, undoable
A source under every answer. Every action logged and reversible.
Exit pack, day one
You keep the lot — data, settings, access. Nothing is held hostage.
The two days

Connect it. Then make it yours.

Your AI executive agent is built and waiting before you walk in. You are not learning to code and you will not be handed homework. Andrew is in the room as your strategist. An engineer sits beside you doing the technical work. You make the decisions. Both days run 9am to 4pm, and Day 2 finishes with drinks and networking.

Before

A 30-minute call

What you are trying to move this year, what your week looks like, and what a good day means for you. We build your system around that answer, so nothing is set up from scratch in the room. It is also where we are straight with you — if we cannot see where this pays for itself, we will say so before you book.

Day 01

Connect it to everything

The first hour is a live demonstration of the finished system — you see exactly what you are building before you build it. Then we connect yours: your email, calendar, files, messages, meetings and the systems that run your business. You decide what it sees and what it never touches. By the end of the day it knows your world and you have had a real conversation with it.

Day 02

Make it yours

Your priorities and your judgement calls. What gets escalated to you and what gets handled without you. How it ranks one thing above another. Your meeting rhythm, your daily and weekly cadence, and who it delegates to. You leave with it live — and it messages you the next morning without being asked. Then we finish with drinks and networking.

Where this goes

Day 2 is the floor.
Not the ceiling.

What you build in the room is step one of an operating system for how you run things. Each step is only worth taking once the last one is earning its keep — and we will tell you if it is not.

What people say

From the people who work with Andrew.

“Having a fractional AI architect working hand in hand with me made possible a volume of development that simply would not have happened otherwise. For a founder-led business moving fast, that embedded capability is the difference between ideas and shipped systems.”

Alan Peterson · Founder & CEO · The Peterson Group

“Andrew has an incredible ability to explain even the most complex AI concepts in a way anyone can understand. Having sat one of his courses, his patience with clients truly stood out — it reflects the genuine passion and depth of knowledge he brings to this space.”

Larni Mailer · Fernwood Fitness · North Lakes & Morayfield

“Andrew talks like an operator, not a tech guy. He looks at how the business actually runs, finds where the hours are going, and tells you what to build first — and just as importantly, what not to bother with.”

Kevin Porter · Owner · Gregs Office Furniture

“Andrew doesn’t talk in jargon. He asks what the business actually does, finds where the time is being wasted, and tells you exactly what to build. Straightforward and effective.”

M.T. · Managing Director · Construction

Straight answers

Questions we get asked.

What does it cost?
The standard rate is $4,500 + GST. The founding cohorts in October run at $2,950 + GST, in exchange for a case study, honest feedback and content capture in the room. Before you pay anything we hold a 30-minute call — and if we cannot see where it pays for itself in your business, we will tell you.
What if it is not for me?
By lunch on Day 1 you will have seen your system live and started connecting your own. If you do not believe it will pay for itself, say so then and we will refund the founding rate in full.
What are the hours?
9am to 4pm both days. Day 2 finishes with drinks and networking.
Am I being taught to build things?
No. You are not learning to code and you are not going home with homework. Andrew is in the room as your strategist, and an engineer sits with you one to one doing the technical work. You decide how it should behave.
How much of my time does it take before and after?
A 30-minute call beforehand and a short survey. After the two days, expect a couple of hours across the first fortnight, mostly answering questions as it learns your preferences.
Will I have to keep maintaining it?
Not in any meaningful way. There is no stack of logins to keep fiddling with. If something needs patching and you would rather not think about it, we can take that over — we will talk through the options on your call.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
Roughly $100 to $150 a month, depending on the stack you choose in the room and how hard you use it. It sits in your own account, so you see the bill and you set the ceiling. There is no ongoing subscription to us.
Will it email a client without me?
It cannot. It drafts and waits. Later, if you want it handling specific things on its own, you grant that deliberately, with limits you set.
I already pay for ChatGPT or Claude. Why this?
Keep them. This is the layer underneath that remembers your business and keeps working when you close the laptop. Your chat tool gets better, because it finally has context to draw on.
What about the technical detail?
Ask and we will send it — the full stack, the security model, what gets deployed and where. We have kept it off this page on purpose.
I am an EO member.
Tell us on the form — EO members are looked after separately.
My city is not listed yet. Am I out?
No. Claim a seat and nominate your city. Sydney, Melbourne and Perth open next, and registering now puts you first in line when your city is announced.
Why only ten seats?
Ten people, ten engineers. Any bigger and it becomes a lecture, and a lecture will not get you a working system by the end of Day 2.
